"The apartment is really big, has a lot of facilities especially in the kitchen. The apartment building was really quiet, easy to reach and in a good location really near sea and the old town. Everyone in the building and area was really nice. The tv had a lot of options including Netflix, wifi worked very well, the two balconies were really useful, and the host was helpful and nice. There was even a technical problem when we reached there and they fixed it promptly. Menton and the nearby villages or cities are all fantastic and the location of the apartment is really close to the main bus station, so it was convenient."

"Some of the furniture/decorations seems really old and dated. For example in one of the bedrooms a smell of old was pretty persistent and on the main hall the baseboard fell by itself. There is no air conditioning (there are some ventilators though), but during the night it was rather hard to sleep because the temperature never dropped in the house. It's not easy to sleep with windows open neither because the motorcycles outside are really loud until very late in the night. There were a lot of decorations, way too many for my taste and it felt rather crowded because of them. I felt that the price was a bit high for what the apartment had to offer."

"My family and I spent wonderful days in Menton, even though the weather was not very cooperative. The apartment offers everything you need for a pleasant vacation and is extremely spacious. The kitchen is perfectly equipped, and if you buy local products at the farmer's market, it is very easy to create authentic regional flavors. The apartment is a great starting point for long walks by the sea and the Sentier du Courbusier around Cap Martin we found especially inspiring. Special thanks go to the extremely kind Mr. Yannis, who provided us with some great suggestions on how to experience the Cote d'Azur."

"We had some problems with parking, because the street next to the apartment is often crowded with parked cars. Fortunately, there is a public parking lot in the immediate vicinity, but it has certain timetable restrictions."

"The location is superb, 3min walk to the train station and the bus station and 5min to the centre. You can explore all the area near Menton and along the coast easily without renting a car. The apartment is nice and big, very well equipped kitchen, washing machine, fridge, dishwasher etc. The balcony is amazing for having breakfast. The owner met us at the station and walked us to the apartment upon arrival which was great."
